During my refinancing process, my father passed away. Kevin, Sandy and his entire crew were very sympathetic and helpful. They made difficult time easier throughout the completion of the loan process. They are the best in the business.
From the time we started until finished the process was very efficient. I was consistently informed of times and deadlines, and from start to finish the process took a little over a month. The team was also friendly and treated me not so much as a customer but a person with similar interests and hopes, more like a friend than a borrower.
Kevin helped me find a deal with the right rate and terms for me.
