Kevin and his team (especially Sandy) were super easy to work with. They are responsive, efficient and helpful. The system they use makes it very simple to upload all of the required documents and the whole process is communicated to you as you go. Mortgages may not be the most fun thing we do but they should at least be simple! If you or your friends/family are looking for the best service and available rates I definitely recommend Kevin and his team.

We have worked with Kevin two times now and both times the process is smooth and easy. The first time was to purchase a home and the second time was to refinance a different home. The latter of the two being done completely with out having to leave our home. He is always available to answer questions and he is always updating us along the way. We have refinanced recently before and it took months longer than what Kevin was able to accomplish!

A house that I always loved became available during a pandemic-era real estate market. As you know, it's been a very competitive season for buying a home...
