Kevin and Rebecca Hilderbrant were amazing. They were constantly in contact with myself and my buyer throughout the whole buying process. We had one hiccup with the appraisal and Rebecca walked me through the steps on how to successfully work it out. I’ve been a realtor for 15 years and I have never had all of this communication and the videos were awesome! I even learned something on the lending side which made me a better agent.
