Kyle is very charismatic and creative loan officer for APM. He imparts of his knowledge, teaches, educates, and promotes healthy options and choices for homeownership and various financial avenues. I worked with him on my original loan a year ago and it went great. This time there were many hiccups and my wife and I felt like we were on the backburner and not valued as a top priority. Also a lot of blaming and lack of accountability this go around for errors and timeliness issues. A fair service gets a fair review.
Mr. Wright and his team were on it (my home purchasing experience) every step of the way. They reach out to you to let you know what is going on during the process and if you have questions, there is always someone’s phone you can text, call, or email and you WILL hear back!
