Went far and beyond the call. Other's couldn't do what Kyle did. Keeper.
For the most part great, however gaps of communication between APM and this consumer slowed down the process, which took extra time for the loan to go through. At the end it all got done and largely due to Kyle being persistent with the underwriting department.
The team did an outstanding job and worked beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend.
