I went for I suspected that I had a torn rotator cuff. Dr Krasinski gave me 2 suggestions after my X-ray, to get MRI on it or give me a cortisone shot and physical therapy. I was very happy since it would cost me for the MRI. I was happy about it because he saw swelling and at least we can see if it helps. He explained everything to me and gave me copies of my X-rays. He as is a great doctor and answers all my questions.
I’ve been in other orthopedic offices and totally ignored by doctors. I know that patients shouldn’t be so surprised when that doesn’t happen, but there it is. I felt heard, comfortable, and was taken care of when I was in pain. Thank you.
Dr Krasinski was awesome! He listened to my issue, offered several options to start with and what we could do moving forward. Very pleased with this visit and would definitely recommended him.
Reception, nurses, and doctors are all very friendly, polite, courteous and above all, professional.

This Dr has no qualms or hesitation answering medical questions and discussing matters without any feeling that the patient can’t discuss or understand issues. Wants to be helpful and is very forthcoming and open. Offers assistance without patient pulling teeth to get it.
Dr. K was very thorough in explaining my situation and explained the importance of the healing process.
