Dr. Krasinski first ordered imaging to diagnose a sports injury (shout out to his team for getting insurance approval quickly). He explained what was going on very well, and set us on a course to healing. We (injured daughter and mom) have confidence in Dr. K and Emerge
On time and very friendly.
My daughter fractured her collarbone and Dr. K went above and beyond to make sure it was healing correctly and to educate me. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Krasinski, explained everything thoroughly and made it easy to ask any question. He was a magnificent bedside manner.
Great experience. Learned more in first visit from Dr. K than in 3 months with prior Dr. Had surgery scheduled in timely manner to repair torn rotator cuff and bicep. The PT crew with EmergeOrtho is great too.
Dr Krasinski has seen my mother for 2 different broken bones. He and his staff are very kind and caring. He closely monitors her progress to ensure she is healing properly and get the best physical therapy for her needs. As her caregiver, he explains things very thoroughly.
Listened carefully. Laid out a very logical plan of treatment. Very pleased.
Dr. K fixed my knee successfully! Also, he was professional and kind and answered all my questions. He helped me save money on the cheaper versions of some medical supplies. If anybody needs their knee fixed, I would recommend they ask Dr. K to do it!
Very efficient and is able to connect with myself and family explaining and setting expectations and answering any questions. It was good to experience this as healthcare has evolved in customer service the last few years from other providers. Thank you so much!!!
