By far, Kevin went above and beyond all other people that I know. I had a very complicated refinance with cash out. We had multiple downturns, however Kevin and his team were no match for them. I had a situation to change the Lender just before 17-daysprior to the settlement date. I was almost losing my hopes on our dream home due to this change in lender. There comes “Kevin” promising me to complete the Mortgage process per contract date and to be on for the settlement date as planned.
