Kevin was easy to speak to and understood my concerns.
Kevin was very good at quoting me a mortgage rate and following thru with his quote. There were no surprise charges or increase in mortgage rates. He always let me know exactly what the fees and charges would be. He sent me frequent emails to update me about what was happening during the loan approval process. Kevin was a steady hand, and reassured me that everything was on track and got me to closing.
