Kevin exceed all my expectations. He was able to guide me through the loan process and clearly explain all the options available to a first-time home buyer. I highly recommended him to anyone looking for home financing.
Kevin was great. Their site is very high-tech and user friendly. He took the time to discuss option and get locked in at the best rate. He even went out of his way to drive to my work to wrap up the finishing touches.
Kevin was fantastic to say the least! He was very honest and responsive to any and all questions we had; he went in detail to break things down so we understood. Kevin got us a great rate as well; this was even lower than we had initially expected. The process was smooth and we are grateful that he was recommended to us. I would definitely use his services if we purchase again in the future.
Kevin always answered the phone or called back immediately. The initial numbers he gave us were very close to closing, actual closing costs were lower.
We decided to hire Kevin after communicating and working with severa other providers. We chose and kept Kevin because he always provided us direct and honest answers that were in OUR best interest and not his. If you want to know whether he will be there for you, well, he was responding within 5 minutes while he was on personal vacation in S America! He certainly went above and beyond for us. From the first email with Kevin, I knew that the experience would be positive. The company sold me my house and had promised to pay the HOA for the first year. However, the check never came through to the HOA. As such, I had complained to the company and the broker I had been working with about this issue, and I had even left negative reviews, and given up hope on the issue. However, to my surprise, their regional manager contacted me today, and informed me that she would resolve this issue, and had sent the check to make up for this issue.
