Kevin and Sara went above and beyond to get the task at hand done. The association was in no rush to provide the necessary documentation needed to close, but with the persistent requests from Sara and Kevin we were able to close on time.
Fast and to the point on all issues
Kevin was very good at helping me through the process and even thru the computer programs. My only complaint is at the towards the end of the transaction, I couldn't reach Sarah Smith & never did speak with her also at closing with the title company the figures were different than the figures we were given by phone. I still don't understand why the lien holder received the amount she did which was more than the payoff, the closing costs were higher than the contract we signed online.

the whole experience from start to finish went through very easily, having a portal to upload documents to felt safer and keep us all on track, the whole process from credit checks to closing went along smoothly.
