Better communication of key details (knowledge of the specifics) that were critical to our planning and needs. We found out the detail after the fact because we asked the questions and WE pushed for the info...We may have gone a different direction had we known certain info sooner or at the beginning. Also, the handoffs between team members were clumsy or even missing, especially during a VERY critical time crunch on our closing day...made the experience very stressful and difficult.
