Overall our experience was very positive - however, I think some communication issues caused some confusion for Lance and I. There were many instances where we felt we didn't understand what was going on (i.e. Certified Buyers program requirements, rate lock program, when updated documents were needed, appraisal scheduling/payment, closing process, etc.). Kevin, Stefan, and Leslie were extremely responsive and positive from start to finish. Stefan was especially helpful and patient in answering questions and moving things forward. The app was also very easy to use and the instructions were always clear. You guys were by far the best part of the process, and I doubt many people say that about other lenders!
