Friendly staff quick responses to emails and questions. They would actually answer the phone when I called and I was not treated like a number and the staff never sounded bothered by my calls. Thank to Kevin and all his staff this was a great mortgage experience which with most companies is not the case. Thanks also for a Christian environment.

Kevin and his team made what is typically a laborious, nerve racking process as smooth and easy as possible. Questions were answered with patience and accuracy. Calls and emails were responded to promptly. Best of all everyone on Kevin’s team treated us with respect and we always felt they valued our business.
