We have had Kevin's Carpets at our home for three jobs. Our sales rep was very professional and explained each job in detail. We were very impressed and knew we buying a top end product. Thank you to the staff at Kevin's Carpets.
I hired Kevin's Carpets to install LVP in my partially finished walkout basement. The price was comparable to another estimate I had. I like the LVP selection better than what I saw elsewhere. And installed it looks fantastic! Installation was done the week they estimated it would be done. The workers swept my concrete floor well prior to installation and after. A great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We had our install date planned way ahead and when the day came to start Ramon and Jose were on time and got right to work. They were on time each day and were very friendly. Their work was well done and clean up too. We would recommend Kevin's Carpet to anyone who is looking for a great reliable place to install their floors.
Wow! Some companies are just exceptional and efficient and Kevin's Carpets is one of those!! Rebecca was amazing, came to our home to measure-arrived exactly when she said she would, helped us make a great choice for our flooring and the installers did the same. We were faced with an unexpected disaster in Sept ‘21 that led to having to find new flooring for our downstairs. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but ended up with something completely opposite. Our carpet and vinyl plank flooring were exactly what we wanted. The job planning through installation was excellent. Everyone was professional and courteous.
Just received my carpet. I’m so pleased with it. I have a new house and my experience from picking out carpeting to installation has been great. The installers did a wonderful job and left my place spotless. Kevin’s Carpets is the best!
