I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office has been unacceptable from both a clinical and customer service standpoint. Approximately one year ago, I had three fillings completed at this office. Since then, I have experienced ongoing problems with all three teeth. One of those teeth deteriorated to the point that I ultimately needed a root canal, and the remaining teeth continue to have issues that were not present before the fillings. I am sincerely disappointed with the follow up care at this office. I had a procedure performed on a Wednesday afternoon. The dentist did tell me that if I had any concerns I could call back and my needs would be addressed. By the following Sunday morning, I was experiencing complications.
