Amazing clinic and staff, from my very first appointment to my lasik surgery day, it was amazing. Dr. Whitman was very nice and explained everything to me before the procedure and helped me feel at ease during the surgery. He was explaining every step during the procedure and everything was done very quickly. I'm so happy and thankful I chose the Key-Whitman clinic to get my lasik eye surgery done. They are all amazing.

I saw Dr. Warren as a new patient today. My previous Dr was a high volume eye surgery specialist seeing a large number of patients/day at Lee Eye Surgery. I was disheartened to see that Key-Whitman is similar as I went through their process. Per the assistant, she sees 100-110 patients per day. The assistants did all of the testing. On the plus side, the assistants and testing protocols seemed more thorough and the assistants more knowledgeable than my previous provider. My appointment with Key-Whitman was made through the Veteran's community care program due to not being able to get a timely appointment at the VA, so I can't speak on the price of my exam because it was paid through the VA. However, Veterans, please know that the VA does not cover the glasses prescription here at Key-Whitman, you will have to take your prescription to the VA, if you don't want to pay for glasses. Complete waste of a trip and waste of my time. I’ve been seeing eye doctors since 2016 (multiple due to relocations), and have never had mandatory dilation to get my prescription. No one bothered to let me know that this was a requirement prior to the appointment. The only other option was to pay an extra $39 to “take a picture of the back of my eye.” The doctor didn’t even take two minutes to speak to me to have a conversation about this.
