Dr. V is a master at his craft. In and out today and. recovering nicely. Dr V. alfeady called me to verify I am okay. Damn, he is on it. I am from Nevada and here on vacation. Didn't expect such perfect service. As a retired business owner I adecider the quality of the Doctor by the staff that walks the customer through the entire process. Melissa is dialed in. I booked for a check up, gave them my insurance details over the phone. Arrived to be told they don't take United Healthcare. Had a check up - 3 freezes and one biopsy and then paid $800. and specifically checked that I was fully paid up all services included. Week later $85 taken off my card. 2 weeks later a new $340 bill. I have written to them at least 6 times and zero response. Not even an acknowledgement. I always ask for an automatic email delivery and read receipt which I get. Been a client over a decade. Recently they have been overloaded and under staffed, one Dr and one PA. Had stitches removed and they missed half of them. Had a biopsy return squamous cell carcinoma and had to call to get results and then was scheduled six weeks out to get treated. 🤨
What a horrible practice Keys Dermatology has become. Dr. Don performed my biopsy on July 18 and said if it was positive I could try a cream for initial treatment. Of course it came back positive and the office wanted to schedule surgery. I asked about the cream and received no response. I called twice a week for 3 weeks and even went into the office inquiring about the cream. No response. It's been 6 weeks now and I have not received a call back. Waiting months for visit. Rushed into. No examination what so ever Called 16 times to get lB results No reply still. Better off not going..
Stay far away from this practice, what you get for what they charge is insane. $252.00 for 5 minutes of inspection. And then you get Ms personality behind the desk. You've been warned.
