What a horrible practice Keys Dermatology has become. Dr. Don performed my biopsy on July 18 and said if it was positive I could try a cream for initial treatment. Of course it came back positive and the office wanted to schedule surgery. I asked about the cream and received no response. I called twice a week for 3 weeks and even went into the office inquiring about the cream. No response. It's been 6 weeks now and I have not received a call back. Waiting months for visit. Rushed into. No examination what so ever Called 16 times to get lB results No reply still. Better off not going..
Stay far away from this practice, what you get for what they charge is insane. $252.00 for 5 minutes of inspection. And then you get Ms personality behind the desk. You've been warned.

Keys Dermatology has the worst phone answering service and system in the Keys. The wait times are completely unacceptable. It is not uncommon to be on hold for 8 - 10 minutes and then suddenly the line goes dead. No other doctor or professional I call in the Keys has such poor service. This is not staffing issues related to Covid. This is an office that does not care.
