RecommendedI will never have enough positive words to say how amazing Keystone Hospice is. Not only did they give exceptional care of my dad but they were beyond helpful with the entire family. They called to check in. They put my dad and the family at ease from the first handshake to the last phone call. Every question was answered, every concern addressed and every fear was taken into consideration. They valued our opinions and ideas. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

RecommendedKeystone Hospice stepped in and took over the care for our father, who was struggling with Alzheimer’s. This disease is debilitating and very difficult at times to deal with. The staff at Keystone, from the nurses, to Shirley (the shower Angel), and Chaplain Tim are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly amazing. They were there for Dad as well as Mom, his dedicated wife. They were very responsive to Mom’s questions or needs. As a family, we highly recommend Keystone Hospice! They were truly a Blessing to our family!

RecommendedKeystone Hospice has been caring for my elderly father for about six weeks. This is a top-notch group! They have shown my dad so much attention and respect every step of the way. RecommendedMr Briggs was professional, compassionate and quickly initiated the admission process for my father. The nurse, pastor, social worker and veteran coordinator met us on move-in day at the senior living community and personally connect with family. The logistics of medical equipment delivery and ancillary services has continued to be efficient, timely and smooth. Keystone works well with the staff at my Father’s residence. Very pleased and feeling well supported medically and psychologically. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!

RecommendedWhen I was first approached about Keystone Hospice for my brother, I completely freaked out! I was of the opinion hospice was strictly end of life and I was not ready to accept that. RecommendedI gave myself some time to write this review. My dad passed away three weeks ago today. Keystone, you were amazing. Dad was comfortable and in our time of need you were there. We went through a few really bad experiences to find the gem that is Keystone hospice. Don’t be like us. Lenny is caring and courteous. Dad’s caregivers became a part of our family. RecommendedPutting a loved family member into hospice is a difficult decision. Mike Briggs and the Keystone staff were awesome to work with and made this difficult time much easier to deal with. We can not say enough good things about the care and service we received. Although I would not wish a situation like this on anyone, if you do find yourself in this situation, I can not recommend anyone better then Keystone!
