This was my first time to rent a storage unit. The website was easy to get around and choosing a unit was easy. I had a question about a lock and entering for the first time. Someone answered right away and was friendly and helpful. The unit is very clean and the area looks safe and secure. I was thankful to get a discount for the first 3 months. So far I am very satisfied with Keystone Storage and would recommend using them.
