This was my first time to rent a storage unit. The website was easy to get around and choosing a unit was easy. I had a question about a lock and entering for the first time. Someone answered right away and was friendly and helpful. The unit is very clean and the area looks safe and secure. I was thankful to get a discount for the first 3 months. So far I am very satisfied with Keystone Storage and would recommend using them.

Very impressed with the ease of set up and customer service. Amy has been wonderful to interact with and readily available for questions and service even on her time off. They also offer veteran discounts and referral benefits as well. All around good values I seek when doing business. A+
