I was a recent patient there. I was there for 27 days, missed 3 classes and had to leave because of a family emergency. I didn’t receive my completion certificate. There were girls who left with the same amount of time left and less classes attended and they received their certificate and key chain. And, one left 11 days early and still received their completion items. There is no personal responsibility these people have to show. I am sober over 10 months, and I am not here to talk about how far I have come with sobriety. I’m here to talk about AA. I am not going to bash them because myself, I prefer facts. The fact is that “the only requirement for a membership to AA is a desire to quit drinking.” No where does it talk about any other substance or “drug”. You can quit your scamming people. You are not a secure facility, and you call the cops if someone leaves, who will then take them to jail. "Nobody that i talked to at keystone, could or would, tell me what had happened". I called the cops and they said that keystone said to take her to jail, as they did not want her back. They then illegally charged the insurance company over ten thousand dollars for one night. They are liars, and not to be trusted. Also their failure rate is over 90%.
Do NOT GO to this facility if you are of color they are ok with people calling you the N word and as there nurse said that means different things to some people. No not ok and will be bringing this to the media. My sister is currently there and had someone call her that and they said we have to be adults about it no wrong answer!! Was there a week. My counselor was never there when I needed her I always had to speak to someone different which is very uncomfortable for me. They kept me drugged up the entire time, I felt like a walking zombie. Also I didn’t get to see A psychiatrist not even one time.The food was awful it was the worst jail food I have ever had. Good luck to you all I hope you get the help that you need and deserve
