This company did siding on my home less then 2 years ago & now since we had the wind it blew a piece of the top of my home. I talked to someone & they want to charge me to come out & fix it. This is not what I expected from this company being that they are an A+ with the BBB. I paid over 20k to get this done on my home your customer service is not what I expected it to be, so I guess I will pay what your asking to fix your work you done.
We had them do the siding on the backside of our house a few years ago. Now we need the rest of it done. So of course called them because the backside was great! They came and gave us a quote for 13 times the cost of our backside price!! The guy told me he had given me a 50% "return customer" discount on top of that! So when I called him back to figure all this out, all he could do was bad mouth the previous person who had done the job. The original windows were better than the new ones due to the installation and poor workmanship! Air leaks and damaged dry wall due to no barriers! I have been redoing their work and reinstalling the windows on my own! Pretty sad when they were supposed to be an upgrade!
