Khrystia was absolutely amazing. Felt like a lifelong friend was assisting me all along the way. She is very comforting and dependable. Followed up on every important detail even if it wasn’t on her list. Loved her!
This was by far and away the best home loan experience we have had. This was also our first time using our VA benefits. Khrystia was so knowledgeable and walked us every step of the way. Amazing service and communication.
It was a great start but when it came to the actual loan we ended up with the information that we were told never added up. The people who processed our loan did not have all the information and we were told several different things when it came to the payments for our remodel loan.
