Kicksite Software Review Pros: Comprehensive website specifically for martial arts and is meeting our needs for our aikido dojo. Cons: I do not have a least for this software. Overall: The on-boarding experience was excellent and we especially appreciated the support with our Kicksite staff person, Jada. We are very pleased with the management features in Kicksite and our members have been very receptive to the management improvements implemented with Kicksite.
Kicksite in Australia Pros: Everything was fantastic except for payment issues we had which apparently was because we lived in Australia Cons: Payment issues, customers being charged fees while membership frozen etc and only reason I was give. Was because we lived in Australia. Overall: Overall it was a fantastic product
My Caterham review of the Kicksite software Pros: Kicksite has been a pleasure to use. They have great tools in the software, as well as the communications, the merchant services and reports... they all are awesome. What I like the most is the client section of the software. Streamlined and easy to use Pros: We used to have multiple sources of information to manage student memberships, attendance and billing. Kicksite puts them all in one platform, which makes things so much easier to manage. No more entering the same information over and over, managing multiple email lists, etc. We've reduced our paper files to virtually nothing since everything is contained right in a student's kicksite account. Perfection! Pros: We have been using this software for tracking our student attendances, scheduling events such as testing, billing and collecting monthly dues, etc. It works beautifully and if we need customer support for understanding a feature we haven't used, the staff at Kicksite responds quickly and always walk us through any questions or training. Much better than manual management of martial arts business Pros: This software has a fair price for the size of my business and does everything I need it to do to make my business easier to manage. Cons: occasionally moving from one part of the software to another can be a bit less than smooth but really the pros outweigh the cons. Overall: Great customer service

Awesome Company Pros: The software is user friendly. I could navigate it pretty easily from the start. The onboarding process was very helpful as well. Cons: Nothing really. It has a lot of features I am still learning. It's robust, but not too complicated. Overall: Tech support is fantastic. BizBuilder has resulted in actual, measurable sales for us in a relatively short time. We are satisfied customers!
