This has been such a horrible experience. I came to sell some items and planned on picking up the money. Unfortunately, my mom had an emergency surgery and I was not able to make it. I came in two weeks after the drop off date and the owner stated they issued store credit. I explained to her that my mom had surgery and she stated it was my responsibility to let her know. We train our staff to let our customers who drop off items to sell know, that it is their responsibility to follow up with us if they are not able to come pick up the items we don’t buy and/or any cash payouts.
