I don't understand how this place has so many bad reviews, because I LOVE IT! I'm picky when it comes to used clothes, but I always find more than I came for. I go through my daughters clothes all the time to see what she's outgrown so I have another reason to go to go shopping at kid to kid while I sell mine. Great inventory always! I've brought clothes in to sell. They've been quick and courteous and it's helpful that they will donate unwanted items. Easy to work with staff.

I frequently visit the Gilbert Kid to Kid location, I've always had great customer service however I do think that they give you little to nothing for trading in items that they sell for 4x profit. Overall, it's a great store just wish they would give more bang for your buck.
Great service the staff is very friendly and helpful love how i asked for a product online they didn't have it but the next they sent me a message saying they got one they put it on hold for me thanks alot ive been looking everywhere for that toy and finally was able to find it here my twins are happy campers
