RecommendedExcited for this new store, took some things in and opted for store credit. Look forward to the grand opening, wish them all the success to be had in Jacksonville!!! Amy was super sweet and easy to work with. Messages via Facebook were answered very fast and throughly. Items sorted quickly and I was contacted in the time specified. Really can't wait to shop Kid to Kid!!!
Can not wait to get in there to buy tonight. For those negative reviews about not getting enough money for your items, I can understand but you're ultimately receiving a little less and not having the hassle of posting on resale sites or having a yard sale. I dropped off 3 boxes of clothes, not really sure what was bought or donated because at the end of it, I decluttered and made some money to use to replenish my kids closets! Great job ladies!!!
Kid to kid is so help the staff and manager are amazing especially the manager I got the white kids vanity. But I was at work over a hour and 1/2 away and like any business they have a policy its part of business and all have had was a hour hold policy so I called my sister to see if she could go pick it up for me BC she was about 30 minutes away. They are super picky, but when you go through the store and browse you realize that all items are extremely cheap prices and look brand new. Good will sells there kid items for $2 except they sell the nicer brands for more money or target brands for more money. Kid to kid is actually cheaper than good will for super cute top notch stuff. And unlike other thrift stores it won't be worn looking or stained or torn. It will look brand new!!!! I can't wait to spend all my store credit!!! I will be in line Thursday :)
I was very happy with the experience. I'm glad to have a place liked this to dress my little girl for a long time. They took about 90% of what I brought in. They are extremely picky about what they take. It cannot have any stains, or look too woren. I cannot wait to actually shop there. The prices are very affordable! Therefore, they are not going to give you top dollar for what you bring in.
