RecommendedThank you so much for the help. Got treated horribly at the aurora location and came all the way here. They apologized and told me how they could have fixed it for me with a phone call. They were more sincere than the store who was rude. Don't know her name, but the lady with the very short hair is a sweet heart and actually heard me tell someone else working there what happened(who didn't seem too concerned either). She made sure to ask me about it and apologized numerous times!!
