I am always greeted when I come in the door and have had very good luck selling items. One time when they couldn't buy some of my items (they were overstocked) the employee apologized over and over again even after I told him it was ok and not a big deal. There was a time when one of the employees was a little rude and ignored me. she was my cashier when I checked out and I had gone a little over what I had intended so I told her I'd have to take some items out.
