Super friendly and helpful staff! The store is extra clean and it is easy to find your child’s size. I looked everywhere in the Buffalo area for gymnastics wear in my daughter’s size (10/12) and couldn’t find anything- I bought 3 from Kid to Kid at a super affordable price!

Eh it’s okay. Would be better if customer service was a lot better. I always feel like I’m bothering them, and they don’t seem sincere. I’ve worked retail before, so I know how important a welcome is, but I know the difference between a real one and forced one. I also purchased some shoes for my daughter and I asked if it didn’t work out if I could return them, not until after I purchased is when I was informed that all sales were final. Very nice staff, organized store and very quick to review the items I brought in. Baby’s grow so quick that I’ll definitely be back in to get my little one some new outfits.
