I can't say enough amazing things about this place! I haven't sold any clothes as I prefer to donate, but I've been in twice to purchase things. The prices are amazing! I went into the Short Pump location and everything was at least a couple dollars more expensive. Not to mention the staff there weren't even a fraction as professional and helpful as the staff at the Mechanicsville location! I am always in this store. I love the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. The store layout is great too. Some stores have clothes just packed on the racks and you can barely sort through it, but I don't run into this issue here. I love how things are separated out and that the staff is so laid back when my daughter plays with some of the toys while I'm shopping. I also love that there is a fitting room AND a rest room!
I love this store this is where we come to get all our back to school clothes!!

I visited the store this past week and and was very pleased with my experience. The store was very clean, well organized, and provided excellent customer service . After purchasing many bags of clothing, Courtney, the store manager, insisted on helping me carry the bags out to my car and then repeatedly thanked me for shopping with them. I will most definitely continue shopping here.
I was nervous about this store because some of the reviews I read weren't so good, but they couldn't be further from the truth. It was my first time going there and their customer service was on point. They made me feel comfortable and NOT an inconvienence, as some had said. Their clothes are well priced for the high brand names clothing and in good condition not wrinkled as some had said, as well. The store was super clean and has so many options there I was amazed!!!
