RecommendedI've always had a great experience coming here. It's a lot easier to have the store buy my used baby stuff then sell it in the Facebook groups. Whatever they don't buy we just have them donate for us and we're done! We always opt for store credit because we turn around and buy stuff for our son. It's cool to see my son's old clothes hanging up for sale!

RecommendedThank you so much for the help. Got treated horribly at the aurora location and came all the way here. They apologized and told me how they could have fixed it for me with a phone call. They were more sincere than the store who was rude. Don't know her name, but the lady with the very short hair is a sweet heart and actually heard me tell someone else working there what happened(who didn't seem too concerned either). She made sure to ask me about it and apologized numerous times!!
