RecommendedDr James and Mel are the best! I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else. My kids love them both. 15 years ago Dr James was kind enough to accept my family when he wasn’t even accepting new patients. With twins on the way we couldn’t have been more blessed to have him care for our little ones. Thank you!
So thankful for this practice! They really take the time to educate me so I can take the best care of my kids and know when to call in the pros. The staff is so fun and make going to the doctor less scary for kids. Best pediatrician in the area!
We love all the staff here, Dr James and Mel are one of a kind and the best around. They are very down to earth and so great with kids of all ages. I have never waited for a long time at an appointment, they always get you back very fast and my kids both love going to the doctor, which I’m pretty sure is unheard of, but they love it here. Would highly recommend this place.
Kids Central is the best! As a new mom they made me feel so welcome and safe.
This is the perfect model of a pediatric practice: Friendly attentive staff and providers, ease of making appointments, and extended hours. My kids are at ease here and I have the peace of mind of knowing they will listen to my concerns. We all love Dr. James and Mel. As a physician myself, I would not take my precious children anywhere else.
As a first time mom, I was lost on so many levels. But one thing I was comfortable with is this doctors office. Everyone in this office is amazing. Both Dr. James and Mel are great. I recommend them to everyone that asks!!

Absolutely love Kids Central Pediatrics from the very first visit with my newborn. We drive a little over an hour one way just to go there, and the quality is so worth it. I feel like whatever my concerns are, are taken seriously and professionally. The office hours are sooo convenient for a busy mom like myself! Thankful for this practice!
