I went in as a patient to see how the doctors work and I was appalled with that he considered a coronal polish for an adult as a cleaning. Didn't check to see what kind of cleaning i needed or asked if i had any health probelms or if i was on medication. He did not prob my mouth to check pocket depths or scaled my teeth. Along, with assistants talking loud enough to hear about how "bad" some of the little patients were. I understand littles can be difficult but they are NOT "bad" for being scared. Ok I have read TONS of bad reviews all night last night and honestly hesitated to take my 5 year old son in this morning at 9AM . TBH IT WASNT A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ALL , STAFF WAS KIND, PATIENT , PROFESSIONAL & TALKED AND WALKED ME THRU ALL THE OPTIONS AND WHAT THEY THINK WAS BEST AND ALSO ASKED ME IF I WAS OK WITH IT & ALSO TREATED MY SON THE WAY I WANTED HIM TO BE TREATED 2 CAVITIES DONE SAME DAY WALK IN AND HE IS A NEW PATIENT . I do not recommend this dentist because I took my son to his cleaning and they did a very bad job and they left everything wrong. The only thing they care about is claiming the money They don't take care of the children at all
Don't recommend infants or toddlers here for their first visit at the dentist. The doctor that told us our daughter had cavities, injected our two year old daughter twice for anesthesia. The first time was "accidentally" in the wrong area. She got twice the amount of anesthesia, and when they were doing the filling, she was so stressed out that it literally seemed like she was going to faint. Although the doctor(lady from different country) here is horrible, the other assistants of the doctor we're really helpful, and nice.
I’m a Surgery Patient of Kids Choice Braces, and I’ve had an amazing experience. I also want to point out Vanessa, I have personally asked for her many times to be the one on my case and she is so willing to work with me. She has gone above and beyond for me and my case. I’ve been denied so many times and my case has so much going on and everytime I see her she always has a great attitude and is always telling me they will figure it out.
