I always make my kids appts. I have 5 kids, when they could not get ahold of me, they called my kids dad and he made appts without telling me. He did this, two days in a row. I was unaware and because of it my entire family has been dismissed as patients. After 7 years being patients and never having this kinds of issues it really shows how customer loyalty is valued here. Now to look elsewhere to accommodate my family's dental care! My child's tooth was extra extracted after me not only telling them the previous appointment to not pull it... But I also discussed with dr. the day of the appointment and made sure I was clear no teeth were being pulled. After an hour or so I went back to check on my kiddo and he was done.
