I have two very anxious kids and they have had zero issues at this dentist. Great staff, very accommodating and just a great office.

We brought our kids to this office a few times. The first couple of visits were ok. But our most recent was not. Dentist said our daughter had a cavity. We went in to have it filled and we were to parent could not be in the room. This made my 6 year old daughter very upset and caused her to refuse treatment. Dr suggested sedation then said it was policy to not allow parents in room. When I questioned it I was lied to and told it was illegal. I called several children's dentists and all confirmed that there is no law making ... read more

We strive for an excellent patient experience and are sorry to hear your visit didn't meet those expectations. It is not illegal for a parent to be in the room during treatment, nor would we say so. If we need to use sedation to perform treatment, we do allow parents in the room...unlike if we had to go to the OR. If for some reason (child behavior, parent interference, room too crowded), we may ask a parent to step out. RecommendedWe love the Kyle location!! Everyone is friendly and nice. They have the best view being on the 4th floor of the professional building. The TVs above the chairs helped keep my daughter with special needs calm and distracted. Definitely recommend this dental office for all children.
