Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Mendoza is great. They try to make dental visits a positive experience for the kids.
They do the best job with the kids! I have an anxious 8 y/o that needs everything explained to him before it happens. They always take the time!
We have been patients here for many years and each and every time we take our kids it is always a pleasure. The staff is always very nice. You walk in and they smile at you and greet you. They are very very good with kids and in most cases are able to calm a fussy child who may have a fear of the dentist. We will definitely refer anyone who is in need of a pediatric dentist to give this office a try.
I've been bringing my 3 and 5 year olds to Kids First for two years now and have always had a great experience. The hygienists are sweet and silly and always put my kids at ease. Dr. Thomas is excellent with the kids too. She is patient, soft spoken, professional...everything you want in a pediatric dentist. There's also a movie and video games in the waiting room, tokens and gumball machines for prizes after their cleaning, and stickers handed out with their toothbrush and toothpaste to take home. Every doctor, assistant and receptionist is very nice and heartwarming. That helps a lot my kids to feel comfortable.
This was my daughters first time having cavities :-( but Dr. Medoza and her staff were amazing!! She never knew she had shots in her mouth and she left happy and with a positive attitude! We've come here for many years and I'll keep bringing my kids till they are too old LOL
Very nice staff, we were seen promptly, and overall it was a great experience. She handled my son very well even when he was not liking the visit.
