I called to schedule an appt. for my daughter on a Wednesday fully expecting Dr. Mendoza to be booked until January and she was BUT the front desk person did a quick check of the schedule and low and behold there was a cancellation for the NEXT DAY! They got us in with no problems and our appt only took 45 minutes! We LOVE Dr. Mendoza and the staff!!!!!!!!
They were all very good to my son.
We are always greeted with warm smiles. The staff is very good at explaining what they are doing and ask if I, as a parent have any questions or concerns. Kids love that they get to choose a prize and are told how important brushing and flossing are. Even x-rays are painless.
The staff are always very kind, caring, and welcoming.
My daughter left happy after procedure. She had a wonderful experience.
I have been taking my 6yr and 8yr olds to Dr. Mendoza for the past 3 yrs. I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. The staff (I wish I cld remember all their names so I cld mention them by name) is so friendly and professional. My kids have never developed a fear of going to see their dentist despite a couple of dental procedures. I have seen a few kids who are uneasy being there but the staff ensures to allay their fears and talk to them through the procedures. Always have had good experiences coming to Dr. Mendoza. She is very patient with my kids and explains what she is doing if they get scared. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommended her.
