Excellent dental service with special care for kids with special needs.
The staff at Kids first Pediatric Dentistry are great. From the front desk to the assistants and dental hygienists to Dr. Mendoza . They all are very friendly and help make the experience fun for my children. We live in west Austin but I don't mind the thirty minute drive because I know that my children are well taken care of there and they are never afraid or hesitant to go for a dental appointment.
Just a year ago, my son had such anxiety about the dentist. He has autism, and the thought of the dentist made both of us nervous. We had a bit of a rough time a year ago at our appointment, but the dentists and the hygienists were so understanding and helpful. The last two appointments went great, and today both of my boys were excited to go to their appointment! I'm so glad we chose to come here for their dental care ;)
What an AWSOME experience. Dr. Mendoza and her staff was patient, kind, and entertaining with/for my son. He has autism and noise along with too many things overstimulate him making him very uncomfortable and anxious. He did great because Dr. Mendoza and her staff knew where and how to set him up so he would be comfortable. THANKS...YOU ROCK!!
The fact that my kids look forward to going to the dentist says a lot of positive things about how they feel about the care and consideration they receive at Kids First Pedi Dentistry. I like the assistance I get in the way of referrals for more specialized care and dealing with the insurance.
My kids love coming here and feel absolutely comfortable with Dr Mendoza and her staff. My son states that he feels special here and likes the staff.
