The staff were all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The office was both clean an and invititing with various opportunities for enjoyment. My children and I felt comfortable. I was pleased with the wide array of child friendly equipment such as x box, television and prizes located in both the waiting area as well as the treatment rooms. My son, William, LOVES to go to the dentist! That's because Dr. Mendoza and her staff go out of their way to make every office visit kid-friendly.
Dentist very professional answered all questions and concerns. My son and daughter both enjoy coming to dentist
They provide excellent care and attention to my child. My son has been seen by Dr. Mendoza for the past three years. They are very attentive and answer any concerns. They also provide very helpful suggestions in regards to the oral care of my child.
I love this office! The layout is designed to make your kids feel like they are at a comfortable and safe place that is also FUN! Dr Mendoza is gentle and has a calming personality. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful from scheduling the appointment to actual treatment.
The staff were kind, informative, and seem to genuinely like kids. While Dr. Mendoza was finishing with one of my kids, another member of the staff was chasing the other two around (game playing). It's probably the only time in our family's history of appointments that my children weren't being berated by me or given the stink eye by others for being kids. Dr. Mendoza and all of the personnel dealing with my grandson are attentive and patient. He has no fear of going to the dentist.
Dr. Mendoza and her staff are great. My 3 children are patients of hers and my youngest is Special Needs. Recently, my son with Autism had a check up and they know just what to do to make him feel at ease. He was able to have a full cleaning including floss and he did great. I'm so glad we found her!
The staff is very friendly. My children and I feel comfortable coming to the dentist office. Everything is explained and we leave understanding what was or needs to be done.
