Tried to call to make an appointment. I had to give two separate people, my information, and then be put on hold just to be connected back to the main line. Spoke to 3 separate people and each one was rushing to get me off the phone. Before I could even finish my sentence one told me they had no appointments for weeks, clearly eager to just get me off the phone. In case you havent picked this up, this place is a scam. We received a bill for $2,500 over a year and a half after our son was born for things that we specifically refused at the hospital. We asked them to provide proof of service and they told us that WE had to call the hospital to get it. They persisted until we told them we met our deductible, at which point they billed our insurance and charged us $70. What a disgusting experience. I wouldn't let these people touch my worst enemy's kids. Hopefully they get these people... read more

Awful service, they bill you wrong and they have lack of customer service so you trash lots of time and effort dealing with them. Unfortunately as they adm the billing for providers you can not avoid this unprofessional business

I called to get clarity over a bill I received for services my newborn received in the hospital. I spoke to Anabel. She was extremely attentive and professional during our call. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who provided quality care over the phone.

We received two increasingly hostile bill notices from legal notifying us they dinged our credit despite us having paid the day before (19th) the letter was post marked (20th). No communication between billing and legal before dinging us and we never heard from anyone personally before this. Enough to deal with after having a baby than your provider sending you threatening letters with no other communication. Unknown if any previous letters were sent to us as we didn’t receive them.
