The initial experience was very positive but then Kim was not part of anything beyond initiating the load process and at closing. Everything else was handled by various people that was not communicated clearly on who was who and why information was being requested or what it was being used for. Went with BankSouth to avoid 'Big Bank' # mentality but unfortunately received same # approach after initial great customer experience from Kim.
