We used Kim for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Both experiences were great! Kim was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions about the process in timely manner. Kim also provided great advice on both the sale price and purchase price of our homes.

After realtor Kim Valice led me on a successful hunt for the perfect house in Grosse Pointe in fall 2019, I hired her to sell my condo in Ann Arbor. The condo needed a lot of sprucing up, and Kim helped me pick out new kitchen sink fixtures and choose a nice, neutral paint color to freshen up the place, as well as help me line up local workmen and coordinate their services.
