Working with a professional with extensive knowledge, professionalism, and patience was very important to us as we really were not quite certain what we wanted in our home. Kimberlee went out of her way to help us to find our perfect home. She was always in contact with us and returned calls in a timely fashion. If we wished her to do research for us about any concern, she always found the answers. She is a wonderful agent and we will be recommending her to friends and family.

Definitely knows her stuff. She steered me away from bad properties and eventually into the RIGHT property. I don't recommend people or write reviews, but Kimberlee is definitely the right choice.

From day one to the end she is fantastic. she is a very nice and patience. Anytime I call, she response, her advice about buying a house and encouraging talk is awesome. Kimberlee was so good at negotiating deals for me. She was very informative on showing me what to look for in a home and giving me tricks on how to fix things in a home. She is very responsive in answering phone calls and answering questions and concerns that I had. It was a very difficult process for me especially with pandemic happening and banks becoming strict and changing qualifications for a home mortgage. You could not find a harder working realtor. She is so knowledge and responsive to her client's needs. She goes above and beyond to get the job done.
