I looked back and reflected the way I looked then and how I look now.Big difference. Dr. Kimberly answered questions I had before surgery to feel comfortable to proceed forward with what I wanted accomplished. I felt I was making the choice.The staff was caring and there was no problem whenever I called with any question. They helped make my experience memorable enough that I would have no problem referring others to Dr. Henry and knowing they would be in good hands.
Dr. Henry is an exceptional surgeon! She listened to everything that I had to say. She never made me feel like what I was asking was wrong. She gave me options and never tried to up sale me on anything! Her staff are also wonderful. They took my calls promptly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I never felt that I was alone thru my procedure.
The size and shape of my breasts turned out exactly the way I was hoping. It also feels great to have them lifted back to where they need to be.
Dr. Kimberly Henry and her staff are very very caring about their patient and are always there to answer my questions about any questions or concerns. I have had a breast augmentation done by her 15 years ago and was very satisfy with no problems and just this year went to her for a buttock augmentation and again very satisfy. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns that I have. I will be returning again when I am ready for my next reconstruction.
The office staff is very attentive and pleasant. The nurse is wonderful and caring and patient. Doctor Henry is also very attentive, answers all questions and concerns and listens to everything you have to say. She has the most lovely demeanor when you are in her presence. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The anesthesiologist was also extremely nice and put you at ease and made you feel comfortable.
