Kimberly and Rate mortgage does a great job communicating throughout the process. It starts with the option for Kimberly to call the listing agent to let them know that the buyer is well qualified. I don't know anyone else who does this, but in my experience makes a huge difference when a seller is deciding which deal to accept or to accept a financed deal over a cash deal. Kimberly was great. As a first time homebuyer we were lost and she helped us with every little detail and getting my loan. Walked us through process step by step. As a first time homebuyer the process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming. Kimberly Lang went out of her way to walk me through the entire process initially and through out, and make me comfortable asking her questions that I felt may have been dumb. Kimberly has been extremely helpful and an amazing guide in assisting me navigating my debt and forging a path towards being able to purchase my first home. What a great experience!!! Kimberly was over the top awesome and I do not think the purchase experience could have been any better if she wasn't involved.
