Everyone seems to care about my critters and show that caring by listening to their mom, responding with concern or sharing a laugh over my funny pet story, and being courteous and professional in a personable manner. I've been going to Kimberly Pines with rescued/adopted pets since it opened. We feel welcome from the time we get in the door. The staff responds in the same manner to all their clients. My chocolate lab was suffering from an ear infection, multiple allergies cropping up, and sore neck muscles. Dr. Brogren treated her, and I couldn't be more pleased! She diagnosed the problems and made a long term treatment plan. My fur baby is already feeling better! I have the upmost confidence in the care at Kimberly Pines. Dr. Brogren has great "bedside manner" and treated my dog kindly and gently.

We moved here about a year ago, and since then we have only taken our dogs here. They are a little on the higher priced side (it only cost us $30 for chipping at our old vet, here it is $60) but the care they give our dogs is wonderful. I took my youngest baby in this morning for her spaying and I wouldn’t take her just anywhere (she’s my spoiled princess lol). Thank you for taking care of my girl and our other fur babies!

We have been bringing our pets here for 20 years. Always great care and they truly care for your pet. We have used this business for new puppy and kitten care, dog and cat care and everything in between. When we had to put our dog down several years ago they were caring and sympathetic.

The compassion love and kindness that was given to us when we had to say good bye to our little Koko was truly amazing. Dr Metzger Fix helped us so much in the process. It was so hard for us to let him go and she was right there with us telling us every step of what was going to happen. He is missed everyday. I want to thank Dr Kay Metzgar Fix and staff for all the care that was given to Koko during his years. I have been at Kimberly Pines for many years and they are great!

I won't take my babies anywhere else but Kimberly Pines! When I lost my baby boy Junior the entire staff was great to us, they sent a sympathy card and made impressions of his paw prints for us. This is a wonderful vet and I recommend them to all of my friends with fur babies.
