She’s very personable and made me feel comfortable. Dr Warren was thorough and answered all my questions.
She found the problem in my right eye and took care if it today. My eye feels much better.
Dr. Warren is highly qualified and professional. Both my wife and I use Key Whitman after our first optometrist closed up his practice. We've been quite pleased not only with the medical staff but also the admin and office staff. Some practices have good docs but are lacking in the opration of their office. This is not the case with KW. They have both!!
She was informative, personable and highly skilled doctor and surgeon. Performed eye surgery in both my eyes and corrected glaucoma and cataracts. Last surgery in my left eye was under 45 mins and then I was being driven home, in that one operation she replaced my lens and put in stents for the glaucoma. Dr. Warren is incredibly time efficient and has advanced surgical skills. The recovery follow up was incredible.
My experience at Key-Witman and with Dr. Warren was good, but not great. The support staff were pleasant, thorough, and efficient. However, they did something which I found questionable. Having found a mild cataract in one of my eyes, the technician asked me if I wanted to take the extra time to complete the presurgical cataract removal paperwork, in case my doctor found that the cataract might merit surgery. Excellent staff; a little longer waiting time this trip but not unreasonable. Thorough testing accompanied by detailed review of current meds and changes in medical/surgical history. I appreciate them staying on top of this as I am a senior citizen. As we age changes in meds or status are not uncommon. Dr Warren has been my ophthalmologist for 15 years ago. I've found that having an appointment earlier in the day results in less waiting time and staff is not as pressured. I especially apreciate staff taking time to explain details and make recommendations on eye care.
