Kim recently handled the purchase of my new home. She was very responsive and knew exactly what needed to be done in negotiating and making the entire transaction go smoothly and quickly, despite the fact that this was all taking place during the holiday rush. As a result, I was able to purchase the exact property I was looking for and am now quite happy in my new home.
We felt like we could have gotten a better deal on getting the owner to pay for major deficiencies in the house, for example, roof replacement, installation of the downspouts, replacement of the dated electrical panel, etc. Other than that we truly enjoyed working with Kim and would certainly work with her again on future real estate transactions we may enter into. She is always there to help out when needed.
