I went to the Kind Institute for my second IPL. Dr. Vogel is professional and sincere. I was well prepared for the outcome of my procedure and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone. This is the first time that I’ve ever done anything for my skin. I am 58 and I am very happy I went ahead and did this for myself. -teacher
