Took my dog in had blood work sodium levels came back abnormal called asked to talk to dr was told she would call me back within a few days to just answer a few questions I had cause what they think my 14 year old dog has can be life threatening This is not acceptable didn’t take few days for me to pay $500. And if it is life threatening this is how they deal with public I’m so disappointed with way this has been handled.

RecommendedSaturday night our 4 year old bloodhound was showing signs of stress and pain out of nowhere...after calling our local vet who normally treat him and they shrugged us off we contacted blue pearl and were told they wouldn't take him at one and it wouldn't be until the next day at the other..in a panic we called kind vet....they immediately dropped everything at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and met us there only to find out the diagnosis was fatal and had we waited any longer our poor boy would have suffered so badly....thank ... read more

we found out through another vet that the meds that were prescribed to our dog are not meant to be stopped cold turkey. which most likely sent our dog in a down hill spiral leading us to have make the call to put him down.. Will not be returning.
Customer service skills could be better.
I have been to this vet several times with my dog and trust the knowledge of the doctor. But tonight the receptionist and dr herself were both extremely rude to myself and my boyfriend when we were asking questions about the medications and dosage being prescribed to our dog. He had previously been prescribed the exact same medication (we went to a different vet) and weighed the exact same and they gave half the dose and the dr at kind charged us the same price for 16mg and 3.6mg I simply called to ask why they were both $45... read more
